Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born June 13, 1962 in the US, is an actress. After her first film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack part of WarGames '83 as well as The Breakfast Club '85 she was known for being a part of this group. In recognition of her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female lead. Ally Sheedy, an American author and actress. Her film debut came by appearing in the crime-drama movie Bad Boys in the early 1980s. She received a lot of praise. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie and also starred famous actors Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. Her first success led her to make an appearance in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama from 1985. The movie was directed by John Hughes is considered one among the most memorable film productions for high school ever made. Although the film's budget was just $1 million, its profits exceeded $50 million. Between then, she began to appear on various TV shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first appearance on television. The show was specifically for teens that began airing in April of 1980. Other TV shows she appeared in included Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. The show Little Sister she makes a appearance as a guest. She is also on X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film where her character is an appearance in a small part. Sheedy has won many awards in 2005 due to her performances. She also was honored with the MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
